This week’s workout is an at home workout! Sometimes weeks are crazy and you just can’t make it to the gym, well this week has been very much like that! So, at home workout it is for today’s post.
Set one: 20 sumo squats, 25 bicycles, 25 mountain climbers (repeat three times)
Set two: 15 one leg bridge with leg extension, 15 curtsy lunges, 15 crossover crunches (repeat three times)
Set three: 15 jump squats, 25 superman, 20 straight leg jackknife (repeat three times)
Stretch to cool down
