Cardio warm up
Set one: 15 jump squats, 20 seated knee ins, 10 push ups (repeat 3 times)
Set two: 15 shoulder press with cables, 15 upright rows with cables, 15 side raises with cables
Set three: 15 bicep curls with cables, 10 single arm rows with cable, 20 alternating toe touch
Stretch to cool down
